What is the Smart Stand/Card, and how does it works?
Smart Stand/Card is an NFC-enabled device designed to help businesses collect Google reviews quickly and easily. When a customer taps their phone to the stand, they are taken to a review landing page. If they leave a high rating (3 stars or above), they are redirected to Google to leave a public review. If the rating is 1 or 2 stars, their feedback is sent privately to the business owner via email.

All orders before 2pm are shipped on the same day! All orders after 2pm are shipped the next day. We ship using Australia Post from our Sydney warehouse. Our current shipping times for all orders within Australia are:

How is my business connected to the Stand/Card?
Simply enter your business name and address in the box before Add to Cart. Once ordered, our team will generate your businesses custom Google review link and connect it to your card for you before shipping. Your cards will arrive PRE-Programmed to your businesses Google review page along with Smart Filtration System to filter good and bad reviews.

Can I set each card to a different business?
Yes, each Google Review Card has its own unique serial number and can be programmed to any business link of your choice.

Do I need any special equipment or apps to use the Smart Stand?
No special app is required! As long as your phone has NFC enabled (most smartphones do), customers can tap their phones directly on the Smart Stand to get started.
How does the Smart Filtration System work?
Our Smart Filtration System automatically filters reviews based on star rating. Positive feedback (3 stars or more) is directed to your business’s Google review page, while lower-rated feedback is sent privately to you for review, helping you handle any issues directly with the customer.
What happens if a customer gives a 1 or 2-star rating?
When a customer leaves a 1 or 2-star rating, their feedback is sent privately to your email, allowing you to review and address any issues directly with the customer.
How much does the Smart Stand cost?
The Smart Stand is available for $49 per month, which includes access to the Smart Filtration System and support. There are no additional setup fees or hidden charges.
